At Beyond the Veil, most of the content we offer — including healing rituals, guided meditations, and spiritual tools — is completely free and available to all with love.

If we offer paid products or services in the future (such as downloadable guides, workshops, or sessions), we want you to feel confident and supported in your purchase.

Digital Products & Courses

Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access, all sales of digital products (such as meditations, e-books, or online courses) are considered final and non-refundable.
However, if you encounter a technical issue or believe there has been an error with your purchase, please contact us — we’re here to help.

1:1 Sessions or Custom Services (if offered)

If you schedule a personal session or service (such as a healing session or guidance call), you may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund unless there are special circumstances, which we’re happy to review with compassion.
